Our Returns/Refunds/Cancellations Policy is in line with our parent company, Airmatic Compressors Ltd.

To arrange a return please email us at returns@compressorparts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Please include your order number in the subject line. You have 48 hours from receipt of products to inspect products and raise a return request. Anything beyond this period will be rejected.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item is to be returned due to customer error, such as an incorrectly ordered item, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from returned funds.

NB. Any special order / non-stock items are non-returnable & non-refundable.

You must arrange return at your expense.

Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected by a Compressor Parts Ltd employee for its condition and whether the refund will be approved. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations after goods have been shipped will be subjected to a 20% handling fee. If the product is a special order/non-stocked item, then items will be non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return shipping will be at your expense.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in any case. Return address is: Airmatic Compressors Ltd, Wellington Street, Bury, BL8 2BD.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included and other deductions as outlined above will also apply.
