1. Delivery Coverage

Compressor Parts Ltd delivers to mainland United Kingdom only. Orders placed outside this region may be cancelled and refunded. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your delivery location.

2. Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Standard processing time is usually 1–2 working days from order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Estimates

Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days (depending on stock availability)
Express Delivery: Available on selected items upon request

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier capacity, stock location, or other unforeseen factors. We accept no liability for delays beyond our control.

4. Stock & Availability

Stock information on our website is updated once per day and should be treated as a guide only. Some products may be dispatched directly from suppliers or warehouses, and availability can change without notice.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery address. Certain larger or specialist items may require a delivery quotation. We will contact you if any additional charges apply before dispatch.

6. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (where available). Delivery updates may also be provided directly by the courier.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or absence of a recipient, re-delivery or return charges may apply. Please ensure all delivery information is correct when placing your order.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported to sales@compressorparts.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt for investigation. Claims made outside this period may not be accepted.
