Refund policy
To arrange a return: Please email sales@compressorparts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Include your order number in the subject line.
You have 48 hours from receipt of products to inspect items and raise a return request. Anything beyond this period will be rejected.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
If the item is to be returned due to customer error, such as ordering the wrong item, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from any refund.
Special order or non-stock items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
You must arrange return shipping at your own expense.
Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected by a Compressor Parts Ltd employee or direct with the supplier for condition and approval.
We will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations made after goods have been shipped will be subject to a 20% handling fee. If the product is a special order or non-stocked item, it will be non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return shipping will be at your expense.
Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. The correct return address will be confirmed by email and may vary depending on the supplier of the item purchased.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge and any applicable deductions will not be refunded.
