CP-SEP Oil/Water Separator Range
The CP-SEP range of oil/water separators provides an effective and dependable solution for the treatment of oil-contaminated condensate generated by compressed air systems.
Compressed air production naturally creates condensate containing water and residual compressor oil. CP-SEP separators are designed to separate this oil from the condensate before discharge, providing a practical solution for responsible condensate management.
With capacities ranging from 75 CFM to 1,000 CFM at 16 bar, the CP-SEP range covers everything from smaller compressor installations through to large industrial compressed air systems. Robust construction, straightforward installation and replaceable service media make the range easy to maintain throughout its working life.
CP-SEP-4 – 1,000 CFM Oil/Water Separator
The CP-SEP-4 is the largest-capacity model in the CP-SEP range, designed for industrial compressed air systems with capacities up to 1,000 CFM (28.3 m³/min) at 16 bar.
Featuring 4 × 1/2" inlets and a 3/4" outlet, it provides substantial condensate treatment capacity for large compressor installations and multi-compressor systems. Its robust construction and replaceable filtration media provide a dependable, serviceable solution for demanding industrial applications.
