Hyundai HY140200PES 200L Petrol Air Compressor

The Hyundai HY140200PES is a stationary petrol air compressor for commercial mobile-service and tyre-fitting setups. A 420cc four-stroke Hyundai engine drives the twin-cylinder pump by belt, while the 200-litre rolled-steel receiver stores compressed air at up to 10 bar / 145 psi.

Designed for working setups

Electric key start and recoil backup: the supplier lists both starting methods and a supplied 12V lead-acid battery.
200-litre receiver: a substantial air reservoir for compatible pneumatic equipment.
Twin-cylinder pump: cast-iron liners and an aluminium cylinder head.
Adjustable outlet pressure: regulator and pressure gauges help set the supply for the connected equipment.
Two Euro quick-release outlets: connect two air lines, subject to the compressor's available airflow and the combined demand.
Stationary mounting: four feet support a properly secured installation.

Check tool demand before choosing

For impact tools, tyre inflation and other pneumatic equipment, compare the required working pressure and free air delivery. Air displacement describes the pump and is not the same as usable airflow. Air-line size, fittings and simultaneous tool demand also affect the setup.

Outdoor operation and maintenance

Operate outdoors only. Never run this petrol compressor inside a garage, workshop, enclosed vehicle or moving vehicle. Follow the manual for firm, level positioning and ventilation clearances, including for mobile-service installations. Check engine and compressor-pump oil before starting, and drain condensation through the valve beneath the receiver after use. Do not use the safety valve to drain the tank.

Supplied equipment and accessories

The supplier lists the compressor, two Euro quick-release hoses, replacement pump gaskets, four rubber feet and a user manual, and separately confirms the supplied 12V battery. A 5-piece air tool kit is not listed as included.

Optional accessory: Hyundai lists its 5-piece air tool kit as compatible with belt-driven compressors. Check accessory pressure limits and airflow requirements before use.
